The black entrepreneur must possess these skills in order to make his black business a success. Sometimes it is unlikely that the black entrepreneur possess all the skills and experience needed to start the business, so it is better to hire personnel who possess the knowledge and has qualities that the black entrepreneur lacks. They can help the black entrepreneurs in taking decisions of the company and help the black business to grow in a better way.
The selection of the business is very important. If the choice of business is good, then it will benefit the black business and would help the company in growing quickly. A lot depends on the choice of work that the company is going to offer and the location where the company has been opened. The location of the company is an important factor for various reasons. Firstly, the employees would feel great if the company location is nearer to their house. The employees would feel an ease in managing their time schedules. Also the location of the company matters a lot in the choice of business it is providing to its customers. It would be a bad idea to open up woolen shop in an area near to industries. It would be of no use to the owners as well as to the customers. So a proper planning is needed to start a business by looking at various aspects in the society.
For the black business to flourish, it is better to provide better service to its customers. After all, Customer is God in the professional world. So the black entrepreneurs must give stress on customer satisfaction. It is for the betterment of the black business.
It would be right to say that various factors altogether add up to a successful business. The black entrepreneurs must keep all these things in mind in order to make their business a success and gain popularity in the professional world.

Well to begin I do think that myanswer will depend on your age.
If you are a teen, I would say it is a stage- you are searching for your place in the world and stretching boundries.
The issue with your appearance is not your problem, it sounds like it is your fathers, you will get this alot as you grow and develop your own 'style'.
For the personality clashes you are having with your family and friends perhaps a chat with your school counsillor might help, hey thats wot they are there for. And they are on top of teen issues (they have to be, sadly because of the many instances of gun related violence in schools)
But….
If you are out of your teens and in your 20's or 30's I would see a therapist just to rule out a despressive disorder.
Good luck poppet

He is trying to sell everyone "a bill of goods". Blacks just really like what he is selling. Asians DO work hard and make it, just as other groups have. However, groups like the hmuong have a high proportion of people on permanent welfare. If one examines the welfares rolls, one will find a concentration of people with significantly lower than average inteligence. What do you do?
Obamas offers open borders, another amnesty for illegals, and more big spending! The government went broke in the 80's and every president since has increased the debt. There is no money! Our great grandchildren will be paying our debts. Liberals must not care abouttheir great grandchildren, and ALL three candidates are liberals.

It appears that the gay community of America are not doing themselves any favours. For a country who's foundations are so strongly built on democracy, it's puzzling why there has been a backlash against the voice of the majority.
I really do not understand why America hasn't gone down the sensible compromise route and adopted Civil Partnerships (not Civil Unions, but legally recognised and equal CP's)
It's clear that America isnt ready to adopt same sex marriage, maybe in 10, 20 or 100 years it will be ready. But I'll be blown if I can understand why people are getting so wound up over the word "marriage".
America should have looked at other countries to see what has and hasn't worked and followed their lead.

Yeah I am one of those elitists who is kind of funny about insisting that everybody be financially self-sufficient as opposed to waiting around for a government handout. Some call this a "work ethic."
Actually you should thank me. Capitalism is what makes the world thrive and ultimately (although granted, not equally) raises the standard of living for all of us. How somebody can sit through a basic economics course in business school and not come away understanding that will never cease to amaze me.
Whom is your anger hurting more? You or the person on the receiving end of your contempt? Oh well, it was just a thought.

Eunice was such an interesting character. She was like a crazed Lucille Ball when it came to performing arts. Amazes me how they all get us to buy into/invest in their characters and situations. Great acting!

“Lord Eunice when are you going to come down out of the clouds and quit acting so goofy?” Thank You.

It seems like we have set the bar low for ourselves, it's astonishing and of course makes me wanna slap some sense into other blacks, black Americans I mean.
For us to be successful we need to do numerous things:
1) Actually start giving a damn about school. Sure we've gotten our respect in sports, and have basically dominated the NBA, but why can't we do the same w/ education?
2) Bring back OLD morals that our grandparents, etc. have. We take too much for granted, and need to stop our dumb, foolish ways.
3) Get rid of the nasty attitude, how the hell are we gonna get somehwere in life w/ an attitude like some of us have now? No more we think the world owes us.
4) Currently 70% of black women have kids b4 marriage! I want to see that at least reduced to 50% in the next few years (and at least have it at 40% in a few decades). Having kids when married means making more money, and being financially stable, thus being able to send our kids to college, etc.
5) REMEMBER, this isn't what MLK wanted of us, he would be ashamed today if he was alive.
Now I know not all black people are like this, but many are, and it needs to change in order for us to be successful.

To answer your main question…..practice what ya preach, bubba.
YOU are criticizing others. But you don't seem smart enough to notice it.
#17 by mike c on February 21st, 2010
Your "question" was way too long to read, but I know what your point is from your title.
If I were a church, I would never file for a 501c3.
I just believe a preacher should be able to preach…about anything they may want to preach about….and to heck with worrying about the government jerking away their precious non-profit status.
