Participating in the trade show exhibition can be the cheap and effective way to introduce our product to the society or grab new customers. However, for us who have been visiting trade show exhibition, we must know that most of the booths were look the same and the plain design did not make us interested on visiting the booths. If now it is our opportunity to participate in the trade show, we should make our booth as interesting as possible. Decorating exhibition booth can be so much fun. The first thing we have to do is checking the booth size and facilities offered. We can start making a design on the placement. Make sure that we have a perfect placement design so the visitors will be able to see our product or catch our message.
Check on the truss provided. If we are in an indoor trade show, usually we are provided with the standard truss, but we usually have more freedom on the outdoor trade show exhibition to create our own truss. The next thing we can do is purchasing decorative elements like balloon, tablecloth, logo floor mats and other decorations to make our exhibit booths attractive. However, there is one thing that we should remember, do not buy colorful balloons because we are not celebrating children’s birthday party. Make sure that we only buy decoration, especially balloons with one or two colors that suit our company logo color.
On the trade show displays, we can put various information of our product or company. If we do not want to be forgotten by the visitors, it will be better if we spoil them with merchandise and brochure. Some examples of merchandise are calendar, refrigerator magnet, pens, and many others. On choosing the merchandise, we must choose one that can be beneficial for everyday usage so it will not end in the trash can. With good and creative decoration, completed with merchandise, we will be able to attract so many visitors.
