When we are deciding to take our PhD degree, we must ready to face some tasks that will be completely different from our tasks in our bachelor or master degree. The most important task on achieving our PhD degree is composing a dissertation. Some students find difficulties on composing the dissertation, it can be understood because composing dissertation is quite different from composing thesis. It gives the student a new experience. However, if we are in the composing process we do not have to be afraid because we can still use our basic method and develop it.

Some people said that composing dissertation is just like composing our book. In the past, when we took our bachelor or master degree, we could join with our friends or asked some help from our lecturers, but now, we have to work all alone. Dissertation is completely an independent paper, we do not have any deadline, or guide from lecturer. The students of PhD degree are assumed mature and professional students, with that way, we are given total freedom on our dissertation. Unfortunately, becoming independent sometimes is intimidating. On the composing process, we still need a guide and help from the expert.
